This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and tkok governing your use of the tkok platform, including all casino games, sports betting, payment services, and promotional offers. Please read it carefully before using any tkok service.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tkok. By completing the registration process and creating a tkok Account, you explicitly confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full. Your continued use of the tkok Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside the tkok Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Note: If you are accessing tkok on behalf of another person, or if you permit another person to use your tkok Account, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that such use complies with these Terms. Sharing Account credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
The tkok Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use any tkok service. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or above. tkok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a User's age. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
tkok is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. tkok makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh. Users accessing tkok from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their Accounts suspended without notice.
Each individual may hold only one tkok Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tkok reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein if multiple Account ownership is detected. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must notify tkok support immediately at [email protected].
Employees of tkok, employees of any Game Provider whose games appear on the Platform, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to hold tkok Accounts or participate in any promotional offer unless tkok provides explicit written consent.
To access the full features of the tkok Platform, you must register for an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.
tkok may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to verify the information provided during registration by submitting supporting documentation. Accepted documents include but are not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in Account restriction or closure.
tkok does not accept registrations from individuals who have previously had a tkok Account closed for breach of these Terms, or from individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. tkok strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available to all Users at no cost.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkok immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. tkok will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon notification; however, tkok accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have voluntarily shared them with another person.
tkok will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tkok that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
tkok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits in other currencies are not accepted.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tkok at the platform level; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own per-transaction limits, and Users should check with their payment provider accordingly.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tkok Account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take up to 24 hours to reflect. tkok is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your tkok Account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of unlawful activity. tkok reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to freeze or close an Account if satisfactory evidence is not provided.
Users may set voluntary daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of the Account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
Withdrawals may only be processed to an Eligible Payment Method that has previously been used to make a deposit into your tkok Account. This withdrawal-to-deposit-method requirement is in place as a fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering measure. In exceptional circumstances, tkok may permit withdrawal to an alternative verified method at its sole discretion.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. You must have submitted satisfactory KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including proof of identity and proof of address — before your first withdrawal is approved. tkok may request additional documentation at any point during the verification process.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to the selected payment method within 1–3 business days, depending on the method chosen. tkok is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money funds deposited by a User are always withdrawable separately from Bonus Funds, provided no active bonus with a withdrawal restriction is in place. If you choose to forfeit a bonus before its wagering requirements are met, any remaining Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account balance.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tkok are subject to the specific terms stated for each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
tkok actively monitors for patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedge bets to reduce wagering exposure while consuming bonus funds; registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly; or systematically withdrawing after meeting minimum wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
tkok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a User has already claimed it, tkok will honour the terms under which the bonus was originally claimed unless the modification is required to correct a manifest error.
The tkok game library, including casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets, is subject to change at any time. Games may be added, modified, or removed from the Platform without prior notice. tkok is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of a game or market being unavailable.
All casino games available on tkok are provided by named Game Providers and utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Sports betting odds are determined by tkok's trading team using real-time market data and are subject to change up until the commencement of the event.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error — including an obvious error in displayed odds, game paytables, or jackpot values — tkok reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Wins arising from errors will not be paid. tkok's decision in matters of errors and malfunctions is final.
Sports betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other selected sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. For live/in-play betting, odds update in real time and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager. tkok reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to certain markets for individual Users at its discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkok Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

These tools include voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session-time reminders, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 7 days, and full self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months.

Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour waiting period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any tkok intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tkok Platform without prior written consent from tkok. Unauthorised use of tkok intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tkok Platform or any service provided through it.
tkok does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. tkok's total aggregate liability to any User, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tkok is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services, payment processors, or Game Provider platforms. Any dispute regarding a specific game outcome must be directed to the relevant Game Provider in the first instance.
tkok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tkok Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tkok uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit and maintains strict internal data access controls to protect data at rest.
tkok will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to deliver the tkok service, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
tkok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing times, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — tkok will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice on the Platform itself.
Your continued use of the tkok Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used Eligible Payment Method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the tkok Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the User and tkok shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Dispute Regarding a Game Outcome: If your dispute concerns a specific game result, you must first contact the relevant Game Provider directly. tkok cannot override game outcomes determined by Game Provider RNG systems. If the Game Provider's response is unsatisfactory, you may then escalate the matter to tkok support with the Game Provider's response included.
